Delivery and returns
Delivery times are as follows:
Items that are marked “Ready to Ship” will arrive in 3-6 working days in EU.
If item is ‘made to order’ we’ll provide a delivery estimate when you place your order.
Our courier DPD delivers Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 7.00pm. They will despatch your item as soon as it’s available and send you a text on the day of delivery with an estimated 1 hour delivery window. This text offers you loads of options, so you can also choose to:
- Change the delivery day
- Deliver to a specific neighbour or safe place
- Collect from your nearest DPD Pickup Shop
If the products you ordered doesn’t fit the order you placed, are damaged or in any other way doesn’t fit your needs, you have 10 days to let us know if you would like to return them.
Pehmö is not taking back special order products which are made especially for you.
To return a product please send us an e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org), specifying the name of the product you would like to return, order number from the invoice and bank account details where you would like to get a refund too. Pictures of the damages in order to inspect it would also provide us more in-depth information to the issue.
We’ll make a refund within 14 days from your return notice.
Products have to be in original package and should not be used.
Transport cost is paid by the customer unless the product has arrived at customer damaged or is different from the order placed.
